Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lynx Gaming Systems and its affiliates collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information when you use the Lynx website, game interfaces, wallet and account tools, blockchain funding workflows, supported withdrawal features, support channels, and related services.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to services operated by Lynx Gaming Systems and its affiliates ("Lynx Gaming Systems," "Lynx," "we," "us," or "our"), including Lynx-hosted websites, applications, game interfaces, support channels, APIs, and any other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). It covers information collected by Lynx Gaming Systems, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers acting on Lynx's behalf (collectively, "Lynx Parties").

This Privacy Policy does not govern public blockchains, third-party wallets, social login providers, or third-party sites and services that Lynx does not control, even if they interact with Lynx. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

A. Information you provide directly

This may include your name, username, email address, phone number, support communications, account preferences, security credentials, PIN or recovery information, and any information you submit in forms, tickets, or verification flows.

B. Social login and authentication data

If you register or sign in using Google, X, Discord, or another identity provider, we may receive profile and authentication data that the provider makes available to Lynx based on your permissions and the scopes requested. This may include a provider-specific user ID, display name, username, email address, profile image, locale, and sign-in metadata.

C. Wallet and blockchain data

We may collect wallet addresses, linked-wallet records, funding addresses, approved withdrawal destinations, transaction hashes, asset type, network, timestamp, amount, and other blockchain-related metadata connected to Lynx funding workflows or supported withdrawal features.

D. Transaction, ledger, and gameplay data

We may collect Game Credit purchases, funding events, off-chain credits and debits, supported withdrawal requests, supported withdrawal records, account balances, match history, game outcomes, anti-cheat records, referral history, promotional activity, and other ledger or gameplay information needed to operate the Services.

E. Device, usage, and log data

We may collect IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, language settings, session records, crash logs, diagnostic logs, security logs, cookie data, and page or feature interaction data.

F. Compliance and verification data

Where required for security, fraud prevention, AML, sanctions, or legal compliance, we may collect or request additional information such as date of birth, jurisdiction, address, government-issued identification, proof of wallet control, source-of-funds information, beneficial-owner information, sanctions-screening results, and related materials.

3. Blockchain Transparency

Lynx uses blockchain infrastructure for funding and supported withdrawal settlement functions. Public blockchain activity is inherently transparent. If you connect a wallet, send assets to a supported smart contract, or receive a supported withdrawal, your wallet address, transaction hash, asset type, amount, and related metadata may be visible on public ledgers and blockchain explorers.

Lynx cannot alter, erase, or guarantee the confidentiality of data written to a public blockchain.

4. How We Use Information

Lynx and its affiliates may use information to:

5. Legal Bases and Processing Conditions

Depending on your location, Lynx may process personal information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as platform security and fraud prevention, or based on your consent where required. If Lynx relies on consent for a specific processing activity, you may withdraw that consent, subject to legal and operational limits.

6. How We Disclose Information

Lynx and its affiliates may disclose information to:

Lynx may also disclose information if you direct us to do so, including when you connect a third-party wallet or use a third-party authentication provider. Lynx does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Lynx may use cookies, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve game state and preferences, remember security settings, measure performance, detect abuse, and improve the service. You can control some cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings, but doing so may disable account, security, or gameplay features.

8. Data Retention

Lynx retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support fraud, sanctions, or AML investigations. Retention periods may differ based on the type of information, your relationship with Lynx, the sensitivity of the data, and legal or operational requirements. Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely.

9. Security

Lynx uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, wallets, email accounts, social login credentials, recovery methods, and any PIN or security code associated with your account. If you believe your account or wallet has been compromised, contact Lynx immediately at support@lynx.house and use available security tools.

10. International Transfers

Lynx and its service providers may process information in multiple jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home jurisdiction, subject to applicable safeguards where required.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, portability of, or objection to certain personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a denial of your request or complain to a regulator. You may update certain account information directly through your account settings.

Lynx may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, sanctions, AML, tax, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes, or where the request relates to immutable public blockchain data that Lynx does not control.

12. Children and Minimum Age

Lynx is intended for adults and others who are legally permitted to use paid-entry or withdrawal-enabled services in their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires a higher age, to create or use a funded account. Lynx is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to Lynx in violation of applicable law, contact support@lynx.house.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Lynx may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational changes. If Lynx makes a material change, Lynx will update the date above and may provide additional notice where required.
