Trademark Policy

1. Marks Covered

This Policy applies to the Lynx Gaming Systems name, logos, icons, slogans, product names, game names, visual brand elements, and any other source identifiers used by Lynx Gaming Systems and its affiliates to identify its goods or services (collectively, "Lynx Marks").

2. Ownership

Lynx Gaming Systems and its affiliates, owners, and licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Lynx Marks and related brand assets. Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership to you or grants a broad license to use Lynx Marks.

3. Limited Permitted Use

You may use the word mark "Lynx" only to make truthful, non-misleading, referential statements, such as describing compatibility, commentary, reviews, news reporting, or factual discussion of Lynx products or services. Any permitted use must:

• be accurate and non-confusing;
• use only so much of the mark as reasonably necessary for the reference;
• avoid suggesting sponsorship, approval, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership when none exists; and
• comply with law and this Policy.

4. Uses That Require Prior Written Permission

You must obtain Lynx's prior written permission before you:

• use Lynx logos, icons, banners, badges, or other visual brand assets;
• co-brand with Lynx;
• use Lynx Marks in advertising, marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, or merchandise;
• use Lynx Marks in paid promotions, commercial creatives, or packaging;
• imply your product, service, DAO, token, app, bot, or channel is official, certified, or approved by Lynx; or
• use Lynx Marks in a manner Lynx reasonably considers high-risk, prominent, or brand-defining.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• use Lynx Marks in a way that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful;
• use Lynx Marks in the name of your company, product, app, token, ticker, smart contract, protocol, bot, game, server, or service;
• register or use a domain, subdomain, wallet name, ENS-style name, username, handle, or social account that is identical or confusingly similar to a Lynx Mark;
• alter, stretch, recolor, animate, crop, or otherwise modify Lynx logos or brand assets without permission;
• imitate Lynx trade dress, site design, or brand presentation in a way likely to cause confusion;
• use Lynx Marks in connection with scams, phishing, malware, fake support, impersonation, counterfeits, or other deceptive conduct; or
• use Lynx Marks in a manner that weakens, tarnishes, or misappropriates Lynx's rights.

6. Integrations and Compatibility Statements

If your product or service integrates with Lynx, you may use truthful statements such as "Compatible with Lynx" or "Integrates with Lynx," provided that your own branding is more prominent than "Lynx," you do not use Lynx logos without permission, your statement is accurate at all relevant times, and your use does not imply official status, endorsement, or partnership.

7. Domains, Handles, Metadata, and SEO

You may not use Lynx Marks or confusingly similar variations in domains, subdomains, usernames, handles, metadata, ad copy, tags, or search practices in a way that misleads users into believing your site, app, or service is operated, sponsored, or approved by Lynx.

8. Third-Party Marks

This Policy does not grant you any right to use third-party trademarks, names, logos, or content. You are responsible for obtaining any rights needed for your own materials.

9. Reservation of Rights; Revocation

Lynx Gaming Systems and its affiliates may object to, restrict, or revoke any use of its Marks at any time, especially where Lynx believes the use is confusing, misleading, unlawful, harmful to users, inconsistent with brand standards, or likely to weaken Lynx's rights.

10. Reporting Concerns

To report suspected misuse of Lynx Marks, contact Lynx at support@lynx.house. Include the URL, account handle, screenshot, and a brief description of the issue.
